TitleScreen (BETA) is an online video game hosting platform where Developers have a place to promote their games to Publishers, and Publishers have the tools to search through them and contact the Developers.
TitleScreen (BETA) is designed to be a personalized approach to discover games for publishing. Publishers can:
  • Discover games to FUND and invest
  • Discover games to PUBLISH worldwide
  • Discover games to DISTRIBUTE REGIONALLY
  • Discover games to release PHYSICAL EDITIONS
  • Discover games to RE-PUBLISH or BUY OUT
  • Discover games to PORT to new platforms
Signing Up is easy.
Go to the Sign Up page and fill in the information.
You will receive a confirmation email that includes an activation link. Click on that link and you are done.
You can now Log In using your email and password.
Free. Anyone can Sign Up at no cost. Users have access to Game Pages listed on the platform for free.
No, anyone can Sign Up. At TitleScreen (BETA), our viewpoint is that anyone is a potential investor of independent games. In fact, we encourage users to consider investing in independent game development!
TitleScreen (BETA) works similar to an online dating app. After you Log In, a "Game Page" will be displayed. You can then choose to "Favorite" the game or you can choose to "Pass" on the game.

When you "Favorite" a Game Page, that Game Page is added to your "My Favorites" menu. You can then contact the Developer at your convenience.
We leave it up to the Developer to decide what to display. Each Game Page requires at least:
  • Text Header - a text header describing the game
  • Game Description - users can add text, images, and even GIFs
  • (1) Key Art
  • (3) Art samples, which may include screenshots, concept art, models, or anything the Developer would like to display
Also, in the "Additional Materials" section, Developers can add links to documents such as game presentations, builds, art samples, and more.

Developers can also display basic details about their games in a standard format provided by TitleScreen (BETA), such as Genre, Platforms, Engine, and more. This is to improve Search functionality for other Users.
Games can be listed at any point in their development. This includes concepts, prototypes, demos, vertical slice, Alpha, Beta, certified, and even released games.

The benefit to posting early is that Developers can receive helpful feedback from industry insiders.
Many Developers are seeking new partnership and revenue opportunities for their completed or released games to extend the life of their game, such as:
  • Regional Distribution: releasing your game in specialized markets such as Japan or China.
  • Physical Distribution: releasing your game in a physical format in any territory.
  • Porting: porting your game on new Platforms.
  • Re-Publishing: re-launching a game in the market with new marketing beats and a new partner.
  • Game Buyout: identifying a Publisher to take over ongoing publishing and/or development responsibilities.
  • Media Coverage: seeking journalists, influencers, and bloggers to cover your game.
  • Build Review: seeking play tests on your build from industry insiders.
  • Platform Extension: interest in releasing games on gated platforms (Apple Arcade, Netflix, Luna, etc.).
  • Studio Investment: interest in securing investment for your studio.
When a Developer sets up a Game Page, they can select the kind of Partnerships they are interested in. Developers may seek all or some of the following:
  • Project Funding
  • WW Publishing
  • PR & Marketing
  • Shadow Publishing
  • Platform Featuring
  • Studio Investment
  • Porting
  • Re-Publishing
  • Game Buyout
  • IP Sale
  • Regional Digital Distribution

Once you "Favorite" a Game Page, you can easily write a message to the Developer.
No, a Developer cannot initiate contact. The Developer can respond once a User adds a game to their Favorites and sends a message to the Developer.
When you Sign Up, you will create a User Name, not your real name. Any communication you make on TitleScreen will display your User Name.
USD$98.00 per listing paid by the Developer. If you list one game, the fee is USD$98. If you list a second game, you pay an additional USD$98. Users do not pay a fee to view listings.

Payment information is requested at the end of the posting process. A preview of your posting is displayed before you enter payment information - please review it before paying.

You can only pay for a posting via our website at the time the posting is created. TitleScreen (BETA) uses Stripe, Inc. for payment processing.

Publishing your posting is a one time charge. TitleScreen (BETA) does not have any subscription fees or additional charges. Payment will be converted to your local currency during the payment process. Fees are subject to change.
After you have created the listing, you will preview and confirm your Game Page and then proceed to the payment information. Payment is required at the time of posting.
No, you can use all current features on TitleScreen (BETA) free of charge, including Favorites, Sharing, Messaging Developers, and Creating a Profile.

TitleScreen LLC generates income from the fee paid when a Developer lists their Game Page.
Paid postings are live for 12 months. Users must track the expiration of their listing. TitleScreen (BETA) may not contact you when your listing expires and is removed.

Publishing your posting is a one time charge. TitleScreen (BETA) does not have any automated renewal fees, subscription fees, or additional charges.
Yes! And we encourage you to do so. We encourage updating your Game Page with the latest art, features, and builds.
To list a game on TitleScreen (BETA) you will need to:
  1. Go to the Sign Up page and create an account
  2. Complete a Game Page
  3. Sign an Online Release confirming that you own the rights to any material that you post or share and you will indemnify TitleScreen (BETA) in the event of any complaint
  4. Pay the Listing Fee
Each game listing requires a minimum of (1) Key Art and (3) Art samples, which may include screenshots, concept art, models, or anything the Developer would like to display, plus a Header and a Game Description.
Yes, anyone who creates an account and logs into TitleScreen (BETA) can view any and all the materials you post. It is not possible to list any materials privately - all materials are public.

Creating an account is free, so anyone can create an account, become a User, and see your Game Page.

We also encourage Users to post on social media any Game Pages that they find interesting, so your materials, in part or in full, can be viewed by the general public on social media platforms when posted by Users.
Anyone who has created an account and logged into TitleScreen (BETA) can comment on a Game Page.
No, you are on your own. You can contact one another, arrange meetings, exchange business terms, all without any involvement from TitleScreen LLC.
No. We cannot guarantee any results.
TitleScreen (BETA) users publish listings independently on TitleScreen (BETA). Users may flag listings they believe violate the Terms of Service via the flagging link at the bottom of each page.

Listings may also be flagged for removal by TitleScreen (BETA) staff or automated systems. Listings will be removed if they violate the Terms of Service. Flagged listings that comply with the Terms of Service may be relisted when compliant.
Check your spam filter for any email you may have missed from TitleScreen (BETA).

To create an account, go to the Sign Up page and complete the User registration process. Please note that TitleScreen LLC maintains all rights to grant access to TitleScreen (BETA) services at all times. TitleScreen LLC may review new accounts before granting access to any service.
Anyone over the age of 18 can use TitleScreen (BETA). By creating an account, members agree to be responsible for maintaining its security, ensuring that all information provided is accurate, and all materials and information posted is lawful and does not violate any laws, regulations, or contracts.
If you violate our Terms of Service, your account may be suspended or deleted. If your account is deleted for violating our Terms of Service, you may not be allowed to re-register. TitleScreen LLC reserves the right to suspend or delete any account for any reason or no reason without providing any refunds or credits.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. However, by using TitleScreen (BETA), you grant TitleScreen LLC a license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute your content for commercial, marketing, or related purposes.
No, posting any of the following content is expressly prohibited and constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service:
  • Unlawful materials. Any material you do not have the rights to or that violates any laws or regulations.
  • Offensive material. Any material deemed inappropriate or offensive, in the sole discretion of TitleScreen LLC, may be removed without notice or refund.
TitleScreen (BETA) reserves the right to remove any content for any reason or no reason without compensation or refund to any party.
We recommend you consult with an attorney regarding any and all intellectual property rights.

Your listing will be public. Anyone can create an account and see your Game Page, including any information or assets you post. Also, Users may "Share" any Game Page they like to social media platforms, which would make your Game Page potentially accessible to anyone on social media platforms.
Any material, information, assets, or any other data posted on your Game Page is accessible to any User.

TitleScreen (BETA) includes a feature that allows Developers to include links to a third party site, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Developers can customize settings on the third party link so that Users need to request permission from the owner of the account of the third party site. This is a service provided by the third party software, not by TitleScreen (BETA). This is possible in the "Additional Materials" section.
TitleScreen LLC is not responsible for backing up your content. While TitleScreen LLC may occasionally back up data for our own purposes, we do not guarantee that your content will be recoverable.
Yes, TitleScreen (BETA) may include links to third-party websites. However, we are not responsible for their content or any issues that may arise from accessing them.
TitleScreen LLC retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the platform. Using the website does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content.
Yes, you agree to indemnify TitleScreen LLC against any legal claims related to your content, any information or materials you list or post, your use of the platform, or any misconduct on your part. Please review the Terms of Service.
All disputes related to this agreement will be governed by the laws of California, United States. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in California courts.
